How we are operating during the Corona Times

2020 is like we never expected. We hope you are all safe and sound.

As it stands we are still allowed to operate and have seen an increase in people reviving their bikes for either transport or exercise.

In many ways we are set up for social distancing. Operation is always done via appointments and at your home. Often people leave their bike in the garage and give us the code to access it so human contact is always minimal.

We have put in some steps to keep both you and us safe.

• Sanitisation of the bike will be done at the start and end of the service

• Witches hats and tape will be set up for a physical barrier while we are working on your bicycle.

• We will call you on arrival and get you to leave your bike in a set area and then we will call you to talk about the work that needs to be done to your bike. We always talk to you before we start work and install parts.

• Payment is made via invoice online

• We wear gloves during the service and weary about things that we touch in your area.

• We carry our own water for washing bikes and our hands.

• We have our own power too, there is nothing we need from your property.

• Servicing in buildings and offices is currently avoided where possible, unless we can be guaranteed a safe and uninterrupted area to work in.

We have also opened up our trading hours to essentially any time with in reason. So weekends and night time are now available (we have our own lights).
